Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using SkillArena ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using this Service's particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

2. User Eligibility & Accounts

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years of age, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account.
• Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. SkillArena is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access.
• One Account Policy: Users are strictly limited to one account per person. Creating multiple accounts (multi-accounting) is a severe violation and will result in a permanent ban and forfeiture of all earnings.
• Prohibited Tools: The use of VPNs, proxies, emulators, bots, scripts, or auto-clickers to manipulate the Service is strictly prohibited.

3. Virtual Currency (Gems) & Rewards

"Gems" are a virtual currency used solely within the SkillArena platform.

• No Cash Value: Gems have no inherent monetary value outside of the Service and are not your private property.
• Withdrawals: We reserve the right to review all withdrawal requests for fraudulent activity. This may take up to 72 hours.
• Adjustments: We reserve the right to adjust Gem balances in cases of bug exploitation, rollback, or system error.

3.1 Referral Rewards Policy

• Ad Quota: Referral claims require ads based on the claim amount (1 ad per 50 gems, rounded up).
• Decay: Unclaimed referral earnings may decay weekly after a short grace period.
• Claim Activity: You must claim at least once within a set window to keep referral earnings active.
• Anti-Abuse: We may pause, reduce, or reverse referral rewards in cases of fraud or policy violations.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users or support staff.
• Attempt to reverse engineer any aspect of the Service.
• Promote other services or spam referral links in chat.
• engage in any activity that interferes with the proper working of the Service.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, typically for a breach of the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SkillArena, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which SkillArena operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
