Q.My account is Frozen. What should I do?
If your account is frozen, it means our security system detected suspicious activity (e.g., multi-account usage, rapid accumulated winnings, or withdrawal abuse). You can still log in to view the reason. Please contact support immediately to resolve this. Legitimate accounts are typically unfrozen within 24 hours after review.
Q.My account is Blocked. Can I get it back?
A 'Blocked' status is permanent and usually results from confirmed severe violations (e.g., botting, confirm fraud). Blocked accounts cannot be restored, and balances are forfeited. If you believe this is a mistake, contact support via email.
Q.Why can't I withdraw?
Withdrawals might be disabled if you have not met the minimum threshold ($5), if you have pending KYC verification, or if your account is under security review (Frozen).
Q.How do I earn gems?
